Casa Papi is an antique recently restored farmstead built in the 17th Century that is situated on Mount Subasio, on a hill, surrounded by a large olive grove. This building has a wonderful view on the Umbrian Valley, with beautiful sunsets and an immense sky, and it is approximately 1,5 km from the restaurant and Hotel (the main building of our complex, where you check-in).The position
This location is more suitable for those who enjoy open spaces and who don’t mind staying in a more isolated position, compared to our other buildings. The rooms are equipped with bathrooms and a television set and they are cleaned daily.One can reach Casa Papi by foot from Fortemaggio, but it can also be reached by car. Tours and donkey trekking may be organised upon reservation.

3Breakfast
6 euro per person.
Children up to 4 years of age are free, whereas children above 4 cost the same as a normal adult.
For those of you who would like to taste typical Umbrian dishes, it is possible to eat at the “La Stalla” Restaurant, which is well known for its food made with simple tasty ingredients. The restaurant was created in the old stables of the farmstead, with a visible fireplace. It is nice to eat out of doors in the summer months, under a nice pergola, and the restaurant becomes a self-service, still serving its traditional dishes. Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am, if requested, and it is abundant, offering a wide variety of dishes, including homemade desserts and, when requested, sliced meat and cheese.
Full board cannot be organised for individuals, but they can use the restaurant at their convenience: the average price for one meal is 20/25 euro per person.

4Meals for groups
Meals for groups with full board include a first course, a second course with side dish and fruit or dessert.
Drinks and coffee are not included.
Breakfast includes coffee, milk, hot chocolate, tea, bread, butter, jam, and chocolate spread.
It is possible to have a buffet breakfast, with sliced meat and cheese, with 3 additional euro.
The lunch basket contains 2 sandwiches, one 1/2 litre bottle of water, 1 fruit and a dessert.
One free meal for every 25 people.
